Mozambique: Renamo Claims Renewed 'Negotiations', Frelimo Denies

Afonso Dhlakama, leader of Mozambique's main opposition party, the former rebel movement Renamo, has claimed he is resuming what he called "negotiations" between Renamo and the ruling Frelimo Party.
